Modern life places constant demands on our bodies and minds. Stress, tension, and emotional overload can quietly accumulate—often without us realizing how much we’re carrying.
This immersive sound bath and somatic grounding experience is designed to help participants slow down, reset their nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of calm and balance. Through gentle guidance, breath awareness, and live sound instruments—including crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and more—participants are invited into a state of deep relaxation and body awareness.

- Bolster or pillow (for knees or head)
- Blanket (layers encouraged for comfort) – strongly recommended
Limited mats, bolsters & pillows will be available for rent. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own when possible.
